Although the mission committee had a marathon session in length of time, the end result can be summarized succinctly. There will be a special service on Wednesday, January 6, beginning at 7:00 p.m. We not only are celebrating the Feast of Epiphany, but recognizing the fifth anniversary of Father Jim's ordination. Stewardship Sunday will be January 17, and the stewardship campaign will be concluded on Valentine's Day, February 14. The next Mission Committee meeting will be held Saturday, January 16, following the annual general meeting. At that time, members will elect a Junior Warden. Members will have a regular meeting on Monday, February 8, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Mission committee members voted to approved a budget of almost $200,000. The actual figure is $199,600, which reflects the growth of the church.
