Your Prayers & Presence are Requested
The Nativity Family invites you to join with us and The Right Reverend
John Lipscomb as we Celebrate the Dedication and Blessing of our new Sanctuary our
Hope & A Future. Wednesday 27 February 2002 at 6:30 pm.
The service will begin with a procession from the parking area adjacent to
the old church and proceed to the new sanctuary for a festival Eucharist and Dedication. A
reception will follow in the Parish Hall.
Children, Lend us Your Hands
The Quilting Sisters have kindly offered to help with the Children's Banner for the new
Sunday School classroom. We would like all the children of Nativity to be at the Church of
Nativity's fellowship hall on Saturday, February 2, 2002 at 10:00 am. We will be making a
hand print of each child and the Quilting Sisters will be sewing them on the banner.
Refreshments will be served.
Hope and a Future Gala
Terry Bradshaw, our Hope & A Future speaker, will be with us on Tuesday, February
19th, 2002. The invitations you received are still valid for the new date. Please keep the
reservations coming into the office to be sure you are included. Seating is limited to the
first 275 reservations received. If you have reserved space already and cannot be present
on the new date in February, your check will be refunded when you make your wishes known,
in writing, to the office. If you do not have a reservation and would like to attend, call
the office at 355-3262 to see if there are still any places available. You won't want to
miss this special event.
