Nativity Tidings Newsletter of Church of the Nativity, Sarasota January 2002
Alert: Bradshaw Scrambles from December to February!Everyone knows what it means for a quarterback to scramble. It is when they run around behind the line of scrimmage in order to find time to complete a pass. Terry Bradshaw, our Hope & A Future speaker, scrambled more than a few times during his illustrious career with the Pittsburgh Steelers. And he has not stopped scrambling in his semi-retirement. The date has changed (been scrambled) for our upcoming Hope & A Future dinner with him. Instead of coming in December, Terry will be with us on Tuesday, February 19th, 2002. Due to a scheduling conflict, December is out and February is in. Please mark your calendars. The invitations you received are still valid for the new date. Please keep the reservations coming into the office to be sure you are included. Seating is limited to the first 275 reservations received. If you have reserved space already and cannot be present on the new date in February, your check will be refunded when you make your wishes known, in writing, to the office.
