(From February 2002 Nativity newsletter) All pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message — Colossians 4:3a That the message of salvation may be proclaimed is the full intent of CPC; literacy is only a means. Remember to put your pennies in the red MOP basket as you enter the narthex and bring your magazines to the hallway outside the office at Nativity. Remember as you pray for the growth of our church and our building program to pray also that we remain steadfast in our outreach — that no obstacles will discourage us from continuing our efforts to bring people in our community and worldwide into the fold. Please save your books for our book sale. The annual books sale has been postponed and will be rescheduled when we are in our new facility. February 3rd in CPC Sunday; prayers will be offered for the work of CPC and we will have our ingathering for the National Books Fund. God willing, we will be back in our own facility soon and all our programs will continue in a faithful and orderly fashion and doors will open for our message. June Hanley Other CPC articles: |
