National Books Fund and Miles of Pennies Fund

I thank my God every time I remember you ... because of your partnership in the gospel...

Phil 1:3, 5a

These words from Paul's letter express my thoughts and feelings: I am thankful for your partnership with CPC in spreading literacy and the Word of God. By the time you read this, CPC Sunday and our Bring a Book, Buy a Book campaign for the National Books Fund will be over. But presently, January 13th, we are in the midst of the sale and our special collection is three days hence. Thank-you for the many books and tapes you brought to the sale. Already, a large number have been purchased.

Would you like to know what becomes of unsold books? Many of the children's books are retained for the Sunday School. Books that pertain to the Christian walk are placed in Nativity’s library. All others are donated to The Mustard Seed.

As you continue to save pennies for the Miles of Pennies Fund day by day, week by week, you make a difference in the lives of children. Also, your generous participation in the work of CPC encourages me in this ministry. For all of you, I am truly grateful.
