August Movie Night

A Prayer

Dear Lord,
Please bless all of Nativity's children as they start a new year at school. Please help them to grow in knowledge and in their Christian faith.Keep your loving hand upon them and guide them. In Juses name we pray. Amen.

Children's Church Procession

Thank you to those who have so gracefully carried the cross for the children's church procession. Carrying the cross of Jesus is a great honor and He is blessed when we serve Him. Beginning in August and the months following there will be a sign-up sheet to volunteer to carry the cross. Every child who desires to have a turn is encouraged to sign up.

Our Featured Child

This month's Children's Corner features Charisa Murphy. Charisa and her family had a great summer with lots of fun activites including trips to Busch Gardens, Sea World, and Adventure Island. Charisa went to visit her grandma in Inverness, Florida and also to Kentucky to visit special friends.  Her family vacation concluded with a trip to themountains in North Carolina with Grandma and Grandpa Wallace.

Charisa's favorite hobbies are playing and riding her bike. This past year Charisa attended a Bible study class on Wednesdays while being home-schooled in kindergarten.

Beginning August 13, Charisa will be attending Providence Community School on Tuesdays and Thursdays fo first grade classes. She will be homeschooled on the remaining weekdays.
